TradeBinder Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
Welcome to TradeBinder, a product of Hevanli Mission LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), a Texas-based application development company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the TradeBinder mobile and web application ("App").
By using TradeBinder, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Age Requirement
TradeBinder is intended for users 13 years of age and older. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information immediately.

3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information You Provide
When you use TradeBinder, we may collect the following information:
Google account information (name, email address, profile photo) when you sign in with Google
Trade evaluations including card names, conditions, quantities, and comparable sale prices you enter
Binder contents including cards you add, conditions, and estimated values
Want list entries including card names, target prices, and conditions
Vendor and shop profiles including shop name, buy rates, and trade markups
Buy list data including cards your shop wants and per-card buy rates
Event data including event names, dates, and locations you create
Trade history and analytics data
Feedback you submit through the Send Feedback feature
Custom binder cover images you upload
3.2 Information Collected Automatically
We automatically collect certain information when you use the App:
Device information including device type, operating system, and browser type
Usage data including features accessed and actions taken within the App
Anonymous authentication identifiers assigned by Firebase
App performance and crash data
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
Provide, operate, and maintain the TradeBinder App
Sync your data across devices when you are signed in with a Google account
Process and display trade evaluations and results
Save your binders, want list, vendor profiles, and trade history
Generate shareable buy lists and QR codes for vendor features
Send feedback emails to our support team via EmailJS
Improve the App based on usage patterns and feedback
Comply with legal obligations
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored using Google Firebase, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Firebase Storage. Firebase provides industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest.
Card catalog data is stored locally on your device using IndexedDB for offline access. This data is sourced from the public Pokemon TCG dataset on GitHub and does not contain personal information.
While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
6. Third-Party Services
TradeBinder uses the following third-party services that may collect or process your data:
6.1 Google Firebase
Firebase provides authentication, database, and storage services. Google's Privacy Policy applies to data processed by Firebase. Visit https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy for more information.
6.2 EmailJS
When you submit feedback through the App, your feedback message and timestamp are transmitted to EmailJS to deliver the email to our support team. EmailJS Privacy Policy is available at https://www.emailjs.com/legal/privacy-policy/.
6.3 Stripe (Future)
We plan to integrate Stripe for payment processing for vendor tier subscriptions. When implemented, Stripe's Privacy Policy will apply to payment information. We will never store your full payment card details on our servers. Visit https://stripe.com/privacy for more information.
6.4 Google Play
TradeBinder is distributed through the Google Play Store. Google's Privacy Policy applies to data collected through the Play Store.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
With third-party service providers listed in Section 6 solely to operate the App
When required by law, court order, or governmental authority
To protect the rights, property, or safety of Hevanli Mission LLC, our users, or the public
In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets
8. Public Buy List Data
If you are a vendor and enable the Buy List feature, certain information you choose to make public will be accessible via a unique shareable URL and QR code. This public information may include:
Your shop name
Cards on your buy list and associated buy rates
Trade policies you have set
Next event information you have entered
This information is intentionally made public for collectors to view. You can update or remove this information at any time through your My Shop settings.
9. Your Rights and Choices
9.1 Account Data
You may access, update, or delete your account data at any time through the App's Settings. Deleting your account will remove your personal data from our systems, subject to retention requirements described below.
9.2 Guest Users
If you use the App as a guest (without signing in), your data is stored anonymously and tied to your device. We cannot link anonymous data to a specific individual. Clearing the App's local storage will remove locally stored data.
9.3 Data Portability
You may request a copy of your data by contacting us at hbeltran@hevanlimission.com.
9.4 California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of your personal information, and opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact us at hbeltran@hevanlimission.com.
10. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
11. Cookies and Local Storage
TradeBinder uses browser local storage and IndexedDB to store card catalog data and app preferences on your device. This data is not transmitted to third parties and is used solely to provide offline functionality and improve performance.
12. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
TradeBinder is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us immediately at hbeltran@hevanlimission.com and we will take steps to remove that information.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes at least 30 days before they take effect through a notification within the App and by updating the Effective Date at the top of this document. For minor changes that do not materially affect your rights, we may update the policy without prior notice. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
